Student Film Share with School of Cinematic Arts Films
/The USC Media Institute for Social Change hosted a Student Film Share at the end of 2019, screening 8 films by current SCA students. Organized by SCA MFA student Anne Brashier, the film share curated films on topics ranging from gun violence to domestic abuse, and allowed SCA students to share the insights and experiences they had while making films about social issues. The following films were screened: Tuesday (Directed by Margo E. Sawaya, Produced by Tim Pennix and Alexa Villareal), Time's Up (Directed by Hortense Lingjaerde) BEETS (Directed by August Burton), Clarity (Directed by Roy Arwas A Stethoscope to the Heart (Directed by Sanaya Dhablania), Welcome Back (Directed by Tiffany Kontoyiannis), Seeing Flamingo (Directed by Tracy Egbas), and Behind the Coverage - Media & Terrorism (Directed by William Highbie).
