A message from families destroyed by senseless urban violence to those who threaten the community. "Collateral Damage" was directed by Ryan Lipscomb to spread the message of Women Against Gun Violence.
"Collateral Damage" was created as part of USC-MISC and CBS2/KCAL9's collaboration on "Power of the PSA," which aired to local and national audiences in June 2013. One year later, "Power of the PSA" won the LA Area Emmy for Education.
