Taylor: We must remember our vision and pursue it with renewed conviction

All I keep coming back to is that this creates an urgency around what we are doing. As filmmakers we have the ability to reach a lot of people with our ideas and as filmmakers for whom social change issues are important, we have an obligation now more than ever to express those ideas with clarity and conviction.

When the dust settles, and eventually it always does. We must remember our vision and pursue it with renewed vigor and conviction.

What other choice to we have?
